On July 17th, 2023, Bearys Seaside Public School held its annual Investiture Ceremony at 2:00 p.m., marking a pivotal moment for student leaders. This event is designed to nurture leadership qualities, instil responsibility, and promote teamwork among students.

Proceedings:

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome by Aseera of Class X, followed by a student-led prayer. Ayesha Mali of Class IX delivered a welcoming speech. Mr. K. M. Abdul Rehman Beary inaugurated the event, unveiling the investiture ceremony.

The installation of the school cabinet followed, with Ms. Anitha Menezes introducing the newly appointed ministers, who were presented with sashes by the authorities. The ministers then read their roles and responsibilities aloud.

The ceremony included an oath-taking segment, conducted by Mrs. Suvarna, where the new leaders pledged to uphold the school’s values with enthusiasm. Mrs. Ashwini Shetty, Principal, addressed the gathering with a speech on “Leaders Create Leaders,” and Mr. Suresh Shetty delivered a talk on political awakening.

Mr. K. M. Abdul Rehman Beary concluded with a presidential speech, followed by a talk from Mr. Akash. A PowerPoint presentation by Mr. Emam Jaffer showcased the election proceedings for the year 2023-2024. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Sara Riha of Class X and the national anthem.
